We want to welcome Lynn Hicks
Lynn Hicks has been involved in dog training since competing at State completion in 4-H in Dog obedience's a teenager.
She got her very first AKC registered dog Ann Irish Setter in 2000 but had several rescue setters prior. After several more Irish Setters,
she got Gryffindor, aka Windwood Bright Fellow. He was the smartest dog Lynn had ever owned and had the biggest personality
to match his intelligence. He was highly skilled many venues, but his nose often led him astray.
She knew she had to find SOMETHING for him todo, so they could be a team.
This is how Lynn found Nosework, and it is no exaggeration that their entire relationship changed completely, Lynn was hooked on the sport.
Lynn has a wonderful ability to adapt nosework methods to ALL BREEDS.
She can work with low and hight drive dogs, and anything in between. Herbal is to instill the love of the game and is very methodical
in teaching dogs to enjoy searches with enthusiasm.
Lynn has been studying under Holly Bushard, a very successful nosework competitor, teacher and judge and you can see it in her detail.
We are so excited to have Lynn on board to teach our nosework classes.
